Even during daytime hours, it is prohibited by law to generate noise in excess of 40 decibels. This noise level corresponds to the sound of, for example, an elevator door closing.

It happens that tenants who rent an apartment make a noise. In this case, a call to the police will help. An outfit will arrive, call the owner of the apartment. To begin with, they will have a conversation with him and write out a fine.

The noise behind the wall is constant - contact the district police officer to draw up a protocol. If a neighbor, having paid a fine, continues to bother him with his behavior, sue. Proof of your rightness can be the act of measuring the noise level. The commission should arrive with a special measuring device at the very moment when a neighbor breaks the silence.

Troubled neighbors are sometimes evicted from apartments, and housing is sold at auction. The funds received as a result of the transaction are given to the former owner of the square meters. He buys another house and makes noise at the new address. Please note: even if you have united with your neighbors, you cannot file a claim to evict the owner of the apartment. Only the local administration has the right to do this.

The troublemaker occupies an area under a social tenancy agreement - it is easier to evict him, disgruntled tenants can file a lawsuit.

If the neighbors flooded

Forgetful neighbors are also a serious problem. If streams ran along the ceiling and walls, you need to act like this:

3. Go up to your neighbor and find out what caused the disaster. It happens that it is not an open tap that is to blame, but a burst pipe. If the problem arose due to a malfunction - call the emergency service.

4. Having eliminated the cause of the flood, immediately call the representatives of the housing office to draw up an act of infliction of damage. If experts try to reduce the damage in the document, order an independent examination.

5. If the flood is caused by a leaky roof or rotten chimney, contact the Housing Inspectorate.

6. The negligent neighbor is to blame for the leak and it is impossible to agree with him on voluntary compensation for damage - go to court.
