Step 1
Identity document
First of all, a Russian passport is presented. If a person for some reason does not have it, a temporary identity card, passport or driver's license can be used. The main thing is that the document has a photograph and basic information about the person.

Registration at the place of stay
Very often employers do not hire people without registration or with such a temporary document. But according to the Labor Code, a person cannot be denied employment only on this basis.
Step 3
Employment history
An employer cannot demand a work book from you if you are employed part-time. If this document is necessary to confirm work experience, you can show a copy of the work record, certified by the HR department. Young specialists with no work experience may not bring a clean document, since, according to the legislation, in this case, it is started directly by the employer. This means that the HR specialist will issue it himself. Every employee who has worked in the organization for more than 5 days must have a work book.
Step 4
TIN and pension certificate
If the person is not an individual entrepreneur, it is not necessary to present the TIN. If you have not done SNILS before employment, the organization's personnel department is responsible for its registration. Since today an insurance pension certificate can be obtained even for a child, this business should not be postponed.
Step 5
Military ID
The presentation of a military registration document is mandatory for men aged 18 to 27 years. Conscripts must provide a certificate of a citizen to be conscripted.
Step 6
Education document
A certificate or diploma is presented regardless of the area of your new activity. For some professions, it is required to present other documents confirming the presence of special knowledge.
