Before filling out the director's work book, he needs to write a job application in his own name and sign it himself, if he is the sole founder of the company.

If there are several founders of the company, a minutes of the constituent assembly is drawn up, which is signed by each of the founders.

An employment contract is drawn up with the director of the enterprise, which is signed by the director on both sides, if he is the only founder. If there are several founders, the agreement is signed by the director on the part of the employee, and on the part of the employer - by the chairman of the board of founders, who is an elected person.

An order for employment is issued, where the director himself acts as a director and employer, he signs it.

If the director employed for the position does not have a work book, you need to buy a blank form.

On the first page of the work book, you must enter the surname, name and patronymic of the director employed, his date of birth.

In accordance with the document on education, write the status of the education received and the profession, specialty received during the studies.

Indicate the date of filling out the work book.

On the first page of the work book, the person filling it out signs, and also do not forget to put the seal of the company in which the work book is entered.
