A large number of orders are issued at the enterprise every day. It is often necessary to familiarize the involved workers with them. For example, orders on personnel are drawn up on standardized forms, which have the line "Acquainted". Ignoring this requirement can lead to undesirable consequences, up to legal proceedings and cancellation of the issued order.

Step 1

Decide who is responsible for familiarization in the enterprise. Most often, this is an employee of the personnel management department and a secretary or clerk. The first acquaints workers with orders for personnel. These are orders for admission, transfer, transfer, leave, promotion and collection, etc. This must be done within 3 working days. A record of familiarization is made below the signature of the manager: personal signature of the employee is put, the date of familiarization.

The secretary acquaints employees with orders for the main activities of the enterprise. So, for example, it is necessary to familiarize the involved workers with orders on the creation of various commissions, on conducting inspections, on the introduction of new provisions, etc. If a large number of persons are subject to familiarization, it is allowed to issue it on a separate sheet - an appendix to the order. It must be indicated on it that this is a "List of familiarization with the order of 17.06.2009 №196". The rest of the requirements are the same - the signature of the familiarized employee and the date of familiarization.

There are situations when it is difficult to fulfill this requirement. For example, if employees work and live at a significant distance from the administration of the enterprise, or the employee refuses to familiarize himself with the order, it cannot be found for familiarization, etc. So, how to get out of the situation if the structural unit is located in another area? In this case, there is a need for remote methods of transmitting information. It can be e-mail, fax, or departmental expedition. In this case, the direct responsibility for familiarization with the orders falls on the shoulders of the heads of remote structural divisions.

In the same case, when the employee refuses to familiarize himself, an act of refusal to sign in the order is drawn up. In this case, two prerequisites must be met: the employee must express his refusal definitely and in the presence of several people; the act is signed by at least three witnesses. A corresponding entry is made in the order.

Step 5

The most difficult case occurs when an employee does not go to work, does not respond to phone calls and is absent from the place of residence. The employer should use every opportunity to locate the employee and immediately send him a notification letter.
