Step 1
An application for employment is not required from the director being hired. Instead, the minutes of the constituent assembly are drawn up. If there are several founders of the company, the council of founders makes a decision on the admission of this individual to the position of general director. In the head of the document, the full and abbreviated name of the enterprise is written in accordance with the constituent documents, a number and date are assigned to it. In the content of the minutes, it is necessary to indicate that on the agenda was the appointment of a certain specialist to the post of director. The minutes are signed by the chairman of the board of founders and the secretary of the constituent assembly, indicating their names and initials, and certified with the seal of the organization. If there is only one founder of the company, then he makes the sole decision on the appointment of himself as the general director, signs the document, certifies with the seal of the enterprise.
Step 2
The director issues an order for the admission of himself to the position of director, signs it as a manager and as an accepted employee, since the powers of the first person of the company come into force from the date of drawing up the protocol.
Step 3
Conclude an employment contract with the director, where write his duties and rights. Give the contract a number and date. This document is signed by the director accepted for the position as an employer and as an employee. Reassure him with the seal of the organization.

In the work book of the newly hired director, indicate the full and abbreviated name of the enterprise in the information about the work. Enter the serial number of the entry, the date of hiring in accordance with the order. Write the fact of acceptance to the post of director in the third column. After the registration procedure is completed, the director must write a statement on the p14001 form for the entrustment.
