Step 1
To apply for a CEO to work, organize a general meeting of the board of directors. To do this, notify all participants a month in advance in writing, provided for by the charter of the company. In the letter, include the date, place and time of the meeting. Take a freehand minutes during the meeting. In the minutes, indicate the date and place of the meeting, the name of the company, the names and surnames of the meeting participants, the content of the agenda on the election of a new general director, and the resolution on the results of the election. Number the minutes, sew, on the reverse side, seal and sign the meeting participants. From this point on, the CEO is appointed to the position.
Step 2
Enter into an employment contract with the CEO. In the contract form signed by the chairman of the board of directors, indicate the place of work, job title, date of commencement of work, duration of the contract, conditions of irregular working hours, the amount and procedure for paying salaries, terms of termination, terms of social insurance, powers of the CEO. As soon as the CEO signs the employment contract, he must issue the first order to take office and take over duties.
Step 3
Fill in column number four in the CEO's work record book. In this column, indicate the date and number of the first order of the General Director or the details of the minutes of the meeting of directors.
Step 4
Within three days after drawing up the protocol, for state registration with the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, submit the following documents to the regional tax authorities: an order on the appointment of the general director, a copy of the minutes of the meeting of the board of directors, an application in form R14001.
