The privatization of a plot is the acquisition of its ownership. According to Article 28 of Law No. 178 "On Privatization of State and Municipal Property" dated December 21, 2001, the owners of buildings built on the received land are obliged to issue a lease agreement or to privatize and transfer the land into ownership.

Necessary

  • - statement;
  • - the passport;
  • - cadastral documents;
  • - certificate of non-privatization;
  • - resolution;
  • - application to FUGRTS;
  • - receipt of payment of state duty.

Instructions

Step 1

To privatize a land plot, apply to your local executive authority. In the application, indicate the purpose of using the site, its size, the form of granting it for use, the purpose of the appeal. In your case, the goal will be to request the transfer of land ownership.

Step 2

You are also required to present an extract from the Unified Register (USRR) on ownership of the building built on the site or a copy of the ownership certificate. If you have not formalized the ownership rights and there is no information in the register, then you must provide a certificate of the absence of an entry in the USRR.

Step 3

On the basis of Law No. 221 "On the State Real Estate Cadastre", a plot must have cadastral documents, a passport, a plan and a single number. If you do not have these documents, then contact the land committee with an application for a land survey. Based on the technical work carried out on the site, cadastral documents will be drawn up for you and information will be entered into a single register. Receive cadastral extracts and present to the administration.

Step 4

On the basis of your application and the documents presented, you will be given ownership of the plot, and a decree will be issued. The cost of transferring a land plot depends on the locality in which it is located, but if you have never privatized land in your life, then you can be provided with a land plot for free. In this case, you must present a certificate that you did not register land ownership through privatization. You can take it from the executive authorities at all previous places of residence.

Step 5

To register property rights, contact the registration chamber (FUGRTS). Submit all received documents, fill out the application form, pay the registration fee. In one month you will become the owner.
