Cadastral registration of land plots is carried out in accordance with Article 28 of the Federal Law of January 2, 2000. All plots are subject to accounting, regardless of the form of ownership, intended purpose and type of permitted use. To carry out cadastral registration, you should receive from the owner, owner or his notary trustee a package of necessary documents, on the basis of which the registration is made.
Necessary
- - a package of technical documents;
- - a photocopy and passport of the applicant;
- - documents of title to the site;
- - an act of border coordination or a court order and a photocopy;
- - an explanation of the origin of the extra acres (if the actual measurement of the site does not correspond to the specified information in the title documents).
Instructions
Step 1
To register a land plot, you must check the entire package of documents submitted by the owner or user of the land plot. The list of required documents includes a photocopy and passport of the applicant, a package of documents obtained as a result of technical work on land surveying, a plan of the area and a site, topographic survey of the site and the area around it, an act of approval of boundary boundaries.
Step 2
The applicant must draw up the approval act in writing and sign it for all users of neighboring plots that border on his territory. If there is no approval certificate, then the applicant is obliged to submit the order and a copy of the court order, since it is impossible to obtain the act only if the users of the bordering sites do not agree with the established boundary boundaries and this is decided exclusively in court.
Step 3
If, as a result of the measurement, the actual boundaries are indicated more than the norm stated in the documents of title, then the applicant must provide a written explanation of the appearance of the extra space.
Step 4
All submitted photocopies must be verified with the originals, signed and stamped.
Step 5
Based on the submitted documents, make an entry in the unified state register with the assignment of a cadastral number to the site according to the ordinal record, issue a cadastral passport and a cadastral plan. The cadastral plan is drawn up on the basis of the submitted technical plan received by the applicant as a result of land surveying.
Step 6
In accordance with Federal Law 122 of July 21, 1997, all cadastral documents, the state register and other documents presented as a result of a unified registration record are stored indefinitely, that is, the deadlines for their destruction have not been established.
Step 7
If necessary, you are required to issue an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan for the land plot.
