Step 1
To obtain a cadastral passport, you will need to conduct a land survey. Contact the land committee of your region, present the available documents for the land plot, write an application. You will be told the date when the specialists will arrive at the land plot and carry out the entire range of necessary work. On their basis, you will be issued a cadastral plan and a passport.
Step 2
If this plot was in a short-term or long-term lease, contact the administration of your district with a statement about the transfer of the land plot into ownership. The decision of the administration is made on the basis of your application. If you have never transferred a land plot from lease to ownership in your life, perhaps it will be transferred to you completely free of charge.
Step 3
When transferring a land plot that is in a long-term lease, a second time will have to pay its cadastral value at the expense of the state. To determine the cadastral value, you need to present the appropriate certificate to the administration, which will be issued on the basis of the survey carried out and after the registration of the cadastral passport.
Step 4
In the registration chamber, the direct registration of property rights to the land plot is carried out. You need to present a decree on the transfer of the site into ownership, an extract from the cadastral passport, an application, a receipt for payment of the state duty for registration.
Step 5
You will receive a title deed in one month. In some regions, registration takes no more than 10-15 days. From the moment you receive it, you will be considered the full owner and will be required to pay taxes for the use of the land. Taxes are charged annually in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
