Step 1
Enter into an employment contract when applying for a job with an employee. As a rule, an urgent contract is concluded, and then it can be extended as necessary. Such a measure is acceptable, as it protects the employer from unscrupulous workers who can disappear at any moment. A residence permit does not serve as a basis for refusing to apply for a job. This is an official document confirming your location at the actual address, for which you do not have a passport. If the employee has presented a work record book of the USSR sample, in which all entries are in Russian, then it is allowed to continue to keep it, otherwise this is not provided. Human resources employee in accordance with the requirements of Art. 66 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation must issue a new employment document (book).
Step 2
Ask for a passport, as without a passport, official registration is not provided. Let the applicant apply to the passport office to issue a certificate of the established sample, the content of which confirms that there is indeed a person with his details at a certain address. This document can be obtained within seven calendar days on the basis of a written application addressed to the head of the relevant passport office.
Step 3
When applying for a job, ask for a certificate issued by the tax authority on the assignment of a taxpayer identification number. If this document is not available, then the applicant can receive it within 7 days when contacting the tax office at the place of stay.
Step 4
When applying for a job in a personal card, indicate in the columns "main identity document" - a residence permit, and the attached certificate will be used as a basis. In case of refusal to conclude an employment contract, a potential employee cannot file a complaint against the employer, even if all the conditions are met, since the latter retains the right to appoint to a position, and equivalently, dismissal from the post.
