The social security number is of a technological nature and serves to simplify the process of paying pension accruals to citizens who have reached retirement age.
To obtain an insurance certificate, you must provide a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and TIN. Otherwise, the receipt of the certificate will be refused.
