Every morning we all rush to work. We have a clear plan, the tasks that need to be completed are marked. We come to our offices and offices in a great mood, but after a couple of hours there is no trace of the former enthusiasm. Fatigue fetters in its chains, attention is lost and absent-mindedness enters the office as an unexpected guest.
Instructions
Step 1
Be clear about what you need to do for the day. Don't take on a bunch of questions and problems in the hope that you will solve them all at once. By grabbing on to a large number of tasks, you run the risk of burnout quickly, while it is quite possible to complete two or three tasks per day.
Step 2
Open a window and ventilate the area. The influx of fresh air will also refresh your thoughts.
Step 3
Do a little warm-up. Slowly turn on a light melody, walk around the office, tilt and turn your head, stretch your hands.
Step 4
Change the visual object. If you've been staring intently at a computer screen for several hours, look out the window. Look at the picture on the wall, a photograph of loved ones, and at least pictures in a magazine. Just don't get carried away.
Step 5
Sip on a light, invigorating coffee or tea. If this is not the first cup of the day, it is still better to opt for tea - it also contains the necessary dose of caffeine for the body. Among the different varieties, prefer green or herbal, but with increased pressure, you should not abuse it. Snack on fruits or nuts, eat yogurt or banana - they are great for recuperating and energizing the body. Even a glass of lukewarm water will make you feel better.
Step 6
Get enough sleep. Because no matter how we dream that the body will get used to the new daily routine, one day it will still take its toll. And you will yawn all day.
Step 7
Take a multivitamin, especially around the turn of the seasons. So you will not suffer from a lack of essential acids and minerals, and at the same time you will carry out the prevention of many diseases.
