The length of service is considered for all entries in the work book, and it does not matter whether there were breaks in it or not. For outpatient treatment of a child, the caregiver is paid for the first 10 calendar days, depending on the length of service, starting from day 11 - 50% of the average earnings. In case of inpatient treatment - depending on the length of service of the carer.

When caring for a child from 7 to 15 years old, you can take no more than 45 calendar days a year and no more than 15 calendar days for one sick leave.

Step 7

When caring for a disabled child under 15, you may be given 120 calendar days for the entire calendar year.

Step 8

If a child is HIV-positive or has complications from preventive vaccination, then the entire period of care for the treatment of this child is covered.

Step 9

If the specified deadlines are exceeded, the sick leave is considered invalid, and the employer has the right to give you absenteeism and fire you for it.

Step 10

In this situation, the payment of sick leaves for child care, distribute the terms of care among all relatives. This is especially necessary if your child is often sick for a long time and needs to be cared for.
