Step 1
After passing the procedure for dismissing the chief accountant, the head of the structural unit where the employee who temporarily replaced the first one works must draw up a memorandum. In it, he should register that it is necessary to transfer this employee to the vacant position, since he coped with the performance of the labor function of the chief accountant. He needs to point out his education, qualifications, work experience. As a rule, you can attach a description of the specialist to the note. In case of a positive decision, the director should affix a visa in the upper left corner of the document, containing the date and his personal signature.
Step 2
The employee who performed the labor function of the chief accountant during his vacation should write an application addressed to the first person of the enterprise. In it, he needs to express his request for transfer from the position he occupies to the position of chief accountant. On the application, the head of the company must put a resolution with the date and signature.
Step 3
Draw up an additional agreement with the employee to be transferred to the position of chief accountant. Write down a list of responsibilities that this employee will perform in the above position. Earlier, you should familiarize the specialist with the job description of the chief accountant. On the part of the employer, the director of the company must sign the agreement, certify with the seal of the company, on the part of the employee - the translated specialist.
Step 4
Make a transfer order. The basis for its publication is an agreement with the employee. Write down in the administrative part a list of the duties of the chief accountant, the amount of salary, additional payments, bonuses for this position in accordance with the local regulatory act of the enterprise. Certify the order with the signature of the head of the organization or other authorized person. Read the employee's document.
Step 5
Make a note about the transfer in the employee's work book. Date the entry. In the information about the work, write: "Transferred from the position of the leading accountant to the position of the chief accountant." The basis for the entry will be the transfer order, indicate its number and date. Certify the record with the seal of the company, the signature of the person responsible for accounting, storage, maintenance of work books. On your personal card, you should make a note about the transfer to the position of chief accountant.
