In the course of the company's business activities, situations occur when the main employee goes on vacation or goes on a business trip. In this case, the manager should temporarily assign responsibilities to another employee. This procedure is carried out with the help of an administrative document - an order.
Instructions
Step 1
Get written consent from the employee you want to temporarily assign responsibilities to. Do this with a supplementary agreement to your employment contract. Write down the period of performance of official duties in the event that the salary changes, indicate its size.
Step 2
You can also obtain consent by sending a notification to the employee. Indicate the term, list the temporary responsibilities. If the main ones change, then this should also be indicated. After that, give the document to the employee for signature.
Step 3
Familiarize the employee with his new responsibilities, for this you can give job descriptions for information. After familiarization, the employee must sign in a special journal, his signature will mean agreement to all the listed conditions.
Step 4
Then draw up an order. Indicate in the administrative document the date, place of compilation (city). Be sure to put down the serial number of the document. Write down the reason for assigning the job, for example “to ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations” or “in connection with the leave of an employee in charge of (specify position)”.
Step 5
In the administrative document, indicate the amount of the additional payment. This can be either a fixed rate or a percentage to the output of products or services rendered. In the order, indicate the full name of the employee, position, his personnel number. After that, sign the document, put a blue stamp of the organization's seal and give it to the employee for signature.
Step 6
Register the administrative document in the order log and give it to the accounting department for subsequent payroll calculations. Do not forget to put a note on the employee's personal card (unified form No. T-2).
