In order not to lug huge suitcases with all kinds of tubes and boxes, buy your favorite products in mini versions. If this is not possible, buy a travel kit of small jars and fill them with the products that you use every day.
Don't forget to bring your first aid kit. If you regularly take any medicine or vitamin complex, put in the necessary supply. Also take pain relievers, stomach remedies, antipyretics, anti-allergy medications, and antiseptics. If you experience discomfort while traveling, take an anti-motion sickness medication.
