You arrive at the office on time and expect to be invited soon. The mood is positive and businesslike, and the appearance is impeccable. 10 minutes pass, and then another half hour of waiting, but you are left without even the secretary's attention. Finally, you meet with the recruiter and greet him kindly. In response, you are casually nodded towards a chair, continuing to leaf through a folder of papers. They do not offer their apologies. There is a pause. The purpose of this behavior is to test how well you are in control of yourself.
Step 3
An employee of the firm walks in on a business matter, but suddenly your cross-examination begins. This creates the impression that an employee who accidentally looks in is showing more interest in your personality. And the interviewer himself only occasionally asks a malicious question, without even looking in your direction. By his appearance, the recruiter shows that for him the issue has already been resolved with you, and he continues the conversation out of favor. At this stage, psychological pressure doubles.

Virtually no questions are asked, and no one listens to personal achievements in past jobs. But they ask you to describe your actions in the most unusual situations. Any decisions are taken with aplomb and surprise, but they don't say how to act correctly. At this point, the employer is interested in the degree of your creativity, reaction and behavior in unforeseen situations. You need to demonstrate calmness, quick decision-making, and creativity.
Step 5
At the end of a tense interview, they may casually ask what your ambitions and plans are in this company, and after answering they dryly notice that they will call you back. This phrase can essentially replace the traditional goodbye and signifies the end of a stressful interview. At the last stage, the candidate's confidence and overall resistance to stress are assessed.
