The deed of transfer is drawn up in any form. There are no established rules for it, but there are recommendations that will help prevent possible problems in the future.

The first paragraph of the document must contain information about which agreement this act belongs to: the date of signing the agreement and its number (if any). A reference to the agreement is needed to eliminate doubts that the act refers specifically to him. The same paragraph contains the date of drawing up the act, the powers of the persons who sign it.

Indicate the details of the parties. If these are individuals, then their full names and addresses, passport data are written in this paragraph. If an act of transfer to a real estate object is concluded, then you need to indicate its address.

Describe the transfer object, this is very important. When it comes to real estate, you need to describe in detail and clearly its condition. The act reflects everything: the condition of the walls, floors, ceilings, windows and doors, plumbing and furniture (if any). It is imperative to indicate all the shortcomings. You do not need to limit yourself in the amount of writing: the more specifically everything will be described, the less reasons for disputes between the parties.

It is not necessary to write in the act about the absence of something from the transferred object. You may not reflect in the document the absence of apartment furnishings or plastic double-glazed windows, but what is available must be described! It turns out the following: if there is no furniture in the apartment, there is no need to write about it, and if there is furniture, describe each item in detail.
Step 6
Be sure to include a line about payment in the deed of transfer. It is necessary to indicate that the payment under the contract was made in full, the object was handed over in a satisfactory condition, and the parties have no claims to each other regarding its technical condition.

The act of transfer ends with the signatures of the parties.
