Step 1

Write a statement asking for a duplicate of the contract. This statement must be signed by the tenant and their family members, who are also included in the social tenancy agreement. Justify in the application the need to issue a duplicate. Please remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of all information set forth and provided in your application.

Step 2

Verify your signature and the signatures of your family members with a specialist of the legal department of the administration of the municipality on the basis of documents that prove your identity (for example, a passport). Also, these signatures can be certified by a notary or other official authorized by the current legislation to perform notarial actions.

Step 3

Attach to the application documents that confirm your right to receive a duplicate of the contract: a certificate from the place of residence about the composition of the family, a certificate from the BTI, copies of the order and passports or other documents proving the identity of your family members.

Step 4

After the application with the appendices is submitted to the department of the administration of the municipality, the specialists will register these documents in the journal and, after conducting the check, draw up a duplicate of the contract of social rental of residential premises.

Step 5

A duplicate will be made within 30 days from the date of registration of the submitted documents. For its execution, a copy is made from the original of the contract, which is stored in the archive. On the first sheet of the document in the upper right corner there is a stamp "Duplicate", on the last - an affirmative inscription signed by an authorized official. All pages of the document are numbered and laced.

A duplicate of the agreement is drawn up in two copies. One of them is issued to the applicant, the other is kept in the legal department of the administration. Issuance of a document is made only upon presentation of a passport. And in the journal of registration of duplicates a mark is put on the issue of the document.
