Registration at the place of residence is another matter. If a citizen is registered at the place of residence, being related to the owner of the apartment, then it is necessary to provide documents confirming the relationship only if this living space is not in personal ownership, but is provided to the citizen under a social tenancy agreement. In this case, the following documents are provided: applicant's passport, social contract, application from the person providing housing to the applicant, birth certificates of the applicant, his parents and the person providing housing, to confirm the relationship.

It is also necessary to obtain a written permission for the settling of a citizen from persons already registered in the living space.

After moving into an apartment provided for use under a social tenancy agreement, it is required to make an amendment to the social tenancy agreement itself, with a reference to the unified citizen as a new family member.
