Option one - you are the owner of a privatized home, in other words, the owner.
In this case, contact the official responsible for the registration of citizens, in the housing department, HOA or in the Management Company.

Select the type of registration: at the place of stay or at the place of residence. In the first case, you can additionally limit the registration period to a certain period.
Write a statement in which you indicate the degree of relationship, attach a certificate of registration of ownership of housing. If there are several owners, they must appear in person and also write a statement.

The official will accept the documents for verification, fill out internal forms and after a few days will invite your relative to receive the documents.
Step 4
If you are a tenant of public housing, provided under a social tenancy agreement, then the registration period of the relative must be agreed with the rest of the family.

The procedure is identical - refer to the official responsible for the registration of citizens with your passport. Write a statement asking you to register a relative in a municipal dwelling. The rest of the family members living in this apartment must also be present, moreover, they must give written consent to his move.
If a relative is registered at the place of stay, indicate the registration period.

The official will accept the submitted documents and applications for verification, if everything is in order, in a few days the relative can receive a document with the coveted registration stamp.
