Judges of the Timiryazevskiy District Court consider complaints and protests against decisions of the justices of the peace operating in the territory of the respective judicial region that have not entered into legal force, as well as against decisions that have not entered into legal force, decisions of officials in cases of administrative offenses.
The Timiryazevskiy District Court, in accordance with federal law, considers cases on new or newly discovered circumstances.

How to get to the court:
You can get to the court: From Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station by public transport (trolleybuses, following routes 56 or 78; buses, following routes 63, t47, 114, 191, 179, 466, 170, 149, 656, 215k, 215, 994) to the bus stop "Nizhniye Likhobory". Then follow the underpass to the opposite side of Dmitrovskoe highway. From the crossing, go to the right and follow for about 2-3 minutes along Dmitrovskoe highway towards the region. The Timiryazevskiy District Court of Moscow will be located on the left side.
