As well as incomplete young families - a father or mother not older than 30 and a child or children. In addition to the age criterion, two more requirements must be met:
- the family should be recognized as needing to improve their living conditions, i.e. already stand in the queue for receiving municipal housing before 2005-01-03 or local governments must declare it in need and put in the queue after 2005-01-03;
- must have cash or a certain income sufficient to pay for part of the housing, which will exceed the amount of the subsidy.
Make sure your family fits within these requirements.
Step 2
Collect and submit to local authorities (district or city administration) a package of documents. Do not forget to check the list of papers with the housing inspector.
Step 3
After consideration and acceptance of your application by the administrative authorities of the district (city), the data will be transferred to the executive authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. Further, the latter decide to include a particular family in the list of applicants for a subsidy, and an application for receiving funds is formed. Then the data is transferred to Rosstroy, where a list is drawn up (uniform for the whole country).
Step 4
Based on all of the above, money is allocated from the budget of the Russian Federation. The subsidy is granted only once. Its size depends on the average cost of 1 residential meter and whether there are children (child) in the family:
- young families without children are entitled to 35% of the average cost of housing;
- for families with one (or more) child - 40%;
In addition, the total size of the living space allocated to a young family is taken into account, depending on the size of the family:
- a family of 2 people (husband and wife or 1 parent and child) - 42 square meters;
- 3 or more people - 18 square meters each.
