The Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation administers justice in economic disputes and other cases related to the implementation of entrepreneurial or any other economic activity. The basis for initiating a case in this court is the appeal of a citizen of the Russian Federation, presented in the form of a statement of claim drawn up in accordance with the rules of the law.

Instructions
Step 1
Make a statement of claim, which must be filed with the Regional Arbitration Court in hard copy. In it, be sure to indicate the name of the arbitration court, the names of all persons participating in the case and their place of residence, as well as the circumstances on which the claims are based and the evidence against them. List the requirements for the defendant with reference to the relevant laws and information on attempts at pre-trial resolution of the issue. Indicate the cost of the claim, the calculation of the disputed or charged amount, as well as the list of documents attached.
Step 2
Try to limit the text of the statement of claim to two A4 sheets. Describe all the information indicated there logically, clearly and consistently, especially with regard to the specific circumstances to which you refer. Correctly indicate the circumstances of the case and conclusions.
Step 3
Collect the documents required for submission to the court. These include:
- document confirming the payment of the state fee, - proof of claims, - a copy of the certificate from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, - power of attorney or other documents confirming the authority to sign the application, - documents confirming the direction to the persons participating in the case, copies of the statement of claim and the documents attached to it, - copies of the ruling of the Arbitration Court, securing property interests before filing a claim,
- other documents provided for in a specific case.
Step 4
Mark up all documents in the order that was indicated in the statement of claim. Sign this statement. And then transfer it along with the documents to the Regional Arbitration Court. This can be done in person, by taking them to the office of this court, or by registered mail by mail. If your appeal was made in accordance with the rules of the law, it will be considered.
