Ignorance of the laws does not relieve Russian citizens of responsibility. Meanwhile, many of us often violate articles of the Administrative Code, not knowing about it and not knowing what the threat is.
Dirty car
With the arrival of spring, the traffic police is conducting a raid on Russian roads called "Clean car". The inspector can formally impose a fine only for unreadable, that is, dirty numbers. Meanwhile, an unwashed car is an excuse for the traffic police to slow down the car, check the driver's documents and make at least a verbal warning. If you do not want to waste time on the road and, moreover, part with money, take care of the cleanliness of your "iron horse".
Green spaces
Walking on lawns, breaking off branches on bushes and trees, picking flowers from city flower beds - all of this is punishable by a fine.
Obscene expressions
For using a "strong word" in public places, you can easily get not only a fine, but also arrest for a period of 15 days. Obscene language is regarded by the Administrative Code of Russia as "Petty hooliganism" - article 20, paragraph 1.
Drunken state
According to the law, Russians are prohibited from appearing on the streets, stadiums, parks, squares, public transport vehicles and other public places, even in a drunken manner, let alone “in koryachki”. Violation of this prohibition entails administrative arrest for up to 15 days or a fine.
Rubbish
Of course, you are unlikely to be punished for throwing a piece of paper past the trash can. However, the trash left in the entrance in the form of old windows, bathtubs or furniture may be punished. According to the Administrative Code, you will have to pay a fine for throwing garbage in the wrong place. Legal entities can also earn a suspension of their activities for up to 90 days.
