Having built a house on a privatized plot, you should register it as property as soon as possible. According to the law, only in this case you get the right to dispose of them in full as the owner of the household. It should be understood that the construction of a house on a privatized site does not mean an automatic transfer of ownership to it. This requires a separate building registration.
Instructions
Step 1
Collect the necessary documents to start the privatization process of home ownership. To do this, you will need: a cadastral and technical passport for the building, a copy of a personal account, a certificate of family composition. Take a certificate stating that you did not participate in privatization before. Because the right to participate in privatization is given once in a lifetime. However, there are exceptions here. If you took part in privatization for the first time as a minor, then you have the opportunity to carry out another privatization after the onset of majority.
Step 2
Issue a certificate of registration of land rights. In the event that the land is leased, the registration of rights to the constructed house takes place through a court. Before you register a house, according to the law, it is not real estate. These are just building materials stacked on the ground. It cannot be registered in it, it cannot be given on bail, it is forbidden to lease it legally, as well as to make any other legal transactions.
Step 3
Obtain an agreement on the transfer of ownership of the building from the local government administration. Then register it with the MUPTION. Then hand over the package of documents to the local department of the UFRS. If everything is drawn up correctly and there are no questions for you, then in about thirty days you will be given a certificate of state registration of the right to the house, i.e. a document on the privatization of their property. You should not delay with this, as there can be real difficulties in the sale of non-privatized home ownership. It receives the status of an unfinished object, which entails a drop in its value at times from the real price. You have the right to sell a privatized building, exchange, donate and complete any other legal transaction.
