Step 1
All actions for the privatization of residential premises are transferred to the common ownership (joint or on a shared basis) of citizens living in this premises or to the ownership of one of them, upon reaching a voluntary agreement between the persons.
Step 2
Minor children who live with the main tenant and are members of his family or former family members have the right to become homeowners on an equal basis with all other residents. It is possible to exclude minor participants in common property only by persons who are their guardians or trustees (parents, adoptive parents) in the presence of a decision of the guardianship and guardianship authorities.
Step 3
If a minor child does not live in the premises subject to privatization, but is at a considerable distance, his presence and refusal to privatize are obligatory for certification by the guardianship and guardianship authorities, otherwise the process cannot be started.
Step 4
If someone who lives in an apartment subject to privatization does not want to take part in the registration of his part or prefers to formalize the refusal of his share in favor of another person, this family member submits an additional application in which he transfers his request to exclude him from among the participants in the joint ownership of the privatized premises.
Step 5
The refusal application form must contain all the personal data of the person submitting it - place of birth, passport data, address of residence. Further, the application indicates the reason for refusing to privatize and confirms the intention to exclude from the list of homeowners for the above reasons.
Step 6
If one of the family members strongly objects to the privatization of housing into ownership, then it is not carried out. Refusal to privatize is formalized in accordance with the application of the established form, after which, in the event of the death of the main tenant, this housing can go back into the ownership of the state.
