Step 1
To obtain a phased plan and explication, you need to contact the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) at your place of residence. BTI is an organization that monitors your apartment redevelopments, significantly increasing its living space. If BTI knows about this, then the phased plan will contain corrections, and this is unacceptable for privatization. To order a phased plan, you will need to fill out a standard BTI form. There is nothing difficult in this, you just need to pay attention to the street name and house number. If they have ever changed, it will be necessary to obtain a certificate of identification of the address, which is issued by the EIRTS. For a phased plan, you will need to pay according to the tariffs of the BTI. After that, they will proceed to fulfill your order. The term is no more than 5 working days.
Step 2
The second stage in collecting documents for the privatization of housing is obtaining an extract from the house book, a copy of a financial personal account, an order for an apartment or room, as well as a certificate of the year of construction of your house and all the necessary certificates for passports. Cases of lost orders are very common. In this situation, you need to go to the General Archives Directorate at your place of residence, place an order for the necessary information and pay the corresponding receipts. These documents are prepared, as a rule, no more than 30 working days.
Step 3
After that, contact the housing commission to consider your right to privatize the apartment.
To restore the right to privatization, you may be asked for additional extracts from the house register, death certificate, birth certificate and others.
