Step 1
Before registering at the labor exchange, collect a package of documents. It is better to do this immediately upon dismissal, so as not to come to the organization again. Tell your accounting or human resources employee why you need a salary certificate. He will prepare it exactly in the form required by the employment inspectorate.
Step 2
Open an account with the Savings Bank by issuing a book or card. Ask him to print his number in a separate statement. You will need it when applying for the transfer of unemployment benefits.
Step 3
Register with the labor exchange no later than two weeks after you leave. To do this, give the inspector all the necessary documents and write a statement. Within ten working days, you must be provided with the first list of vacancies. With him you will go to interviews. You will only receive benefits if you are refused employment everywhere. You have the right to disagree with the proposed position only twice, after which you are removed from the register.
Step 4
If no suitable vacancy is found, unemployment benefits will be transferred to your account. In the first month, it will be one hundred percent of your salary if you were laid off due to staff reductions. Or its calculation will be based on the 2-ndfl reference. But there are limitations here. The maximum amount of payments is no more than four thousand nine hundred rubles, the minimum is eight hundred. He is appointed in the event that the applicant has no work experience or more than a year has passed since the dismissal.
Step 5
Get an allowance by withdrawing money from a Sberbank card or book. Remember that after three months of unsuccessful job searches, your job will be reduced by fifteen percent. And in a year they will stop paying it altogether.
