The head of the company writes a statement about the disappearance of this specialist to the police at the location of the organization. The police officer, in turn, must issue a notice of registration of this application. The document is attached to the personal file of the enterprise that went missing by the personnel officers.

If, after a year, the employee has not shown up, the director of the company must write a statement recognizing this employee as missing and submit it to the court. The application must be accompanied by an act on the impossibility of receiving letters with inquiries to the addressee, a notification of registration from the police, a copy of the employment contract with the missing person and the order for his employment.

After the employees of the arbitration court make a decision, the first person of the organization issues an order for the dismissal of this employee, and the personnel officers make an entry in the work book of the missing person about the dismissal, the basis of which is the court decision.

In the accounting department of an enterprise, charges are made to a specialist for unused vacation and actually worked time. Money and work book are stored in the company's archive on demand for 75 years.
