Step 1
Determine the average earnings of the insured person for the last 12 calendar months (with the last insured) preceding the month of temporary disability, parental leave, maternity leave.
Step 2
Determine the average daily earnings: divide the amount of annual earnings by the number of calendar days that fell on this period.
Step 3
Determine the limit value of the average daily earnings by dividing 415,000 rubles. for 365 days.
Step 4
Compare the average actual daily earnings and the average marginal daily earnings. The lower of the two will be considered the average daily earnings.
Step 5
Calculate your benefit by multiplying your average daily earnings by the number of days you missed due to incapacity for work.
