Step 1
Labor legislation is allowed to make an entry about additional work in the work book only if the employee wishes. This is recommended to be done by the personnel officers of the company, where the specialist performs his duties as the main employee. The employee draws up a statement. The document is addressed to the director of the company. The substantive part of the application contains a request for recording. After reviewing the document, the manager affixes a visa as the director's receipt.
Step 2
With an internal part-time job, an order is issued, use the personnel order form for this. Assign the responsibility for making the record to HR officers. Familiarize them with the administrative document on receipt and send the order to the appropriate service.
Step 3
Please note that the record of the additional position is made only after the record of the main job. In the work book, put down the serial number, indicate the actual date of registration of the part-time employee. Write the name of the department, position where the specialist performs the labor function.
Step 4
In case of external part-time work, make an entry using a document about work in the company where the employee works additionally. The specialist requests a copy, an extract of the order of employment or a certificate printed on letterhead, which contains the necessary details of the enterprise.
Step 5
In contrast to the record for an internal part-time job, indicate the full, abbreviated name of the company in the job information. Then write in the name of the service, position where the specialist works.
Step 6
Upon dismissal from the main job, the employee terminates labor relations, first part-time (external or internal), and then the contract with the main employer is terminated. This is regulated by labor laws, which cannot be violated. Failure to comply with the norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation imposes administrative liability on the company.
