Sometimes there are situations when a dismissed specialist does not take his work book from the place of work. In this case, the employer has the right to send this document by mail, but this requires the consent of the employee. If the employee does not respond to the company's requests, then the main document on labor activity is filed into the specialist's personal file and stored at the enterprise.

File a work book, an act of refusal to receive it in the specialist's personal file. Keep your employment record in this form for two years.
