Step 1

To make changes to the staffing table, the personnel officer should write a memo (service) note addressed to the head of the company. In this document, you must indicate the name of the position that was renamed, and the reason why this happened. The note should be sent for consideration to the director of the enterprise, who will express his consent in the form of a resolution with a date and signature.

Step 2

Draw up an order, in the head of which write the full and abbreviated name of the organization in accordance with the constituent documents, or the last name, first name, patronymic of an individual in accordance with an identity document, if the organizational and legal form of the enterprise is an individual entrepreneur.

Step 3

After the name of the document, which should be entered in capital letters, indicate the order number and the date it was drawn up. Write the topic of the document, which in this case corresponds to the changes to the staffing table. Indicate the reason for drawing up the order, which in this case corresponds to the change in the title of the position; the reason for the renaming of the position, which may be a change in the technological or organizational working conditions.

Step 4

Indicate the effective date of this document. Place the responsibility for the execution of the order on a cadre worker. Certify the document with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director of the company. Familiarize the employee, whose position has been renamed, with the signed order.

Step 5

Based on the order, make the necessary changes in the title of the position in the staffing table. Moreover, the position code and the name of the structural unit are not allowed to be changed. You can only push the margins to the desired size.

Step 6

In accordance with the staffing table, in the supplementary agreement to the employment contract, indicate that the title of the position should be read as follows, write the new title of the position.

Step 7

In the personal card, make changes to the title of the employee's position. In the employee's work book, indicate the date when the position was renamed; in the information about the job, write that the title of the position has changed; write the old and new job titles in quotation marks. The basis is the order to amend the staffing table. Indicate its number and date.
