Step 1
Any order cannot be canceled just like that. Documentary registration takes place in accordance with the rules of office work. Depending on what type of order is subject to cancellation, another administrative document is issued, which is equal in force to the canceled order.
Step 2
When the order on personnel is canceled, a personnel officer or other responsible employee draws up a memo. It is addressed to the director of the organization. In the substantive part, the reason for canceling the order is prescribed, as well as the number, date, and name of the order. The memo is sent to the head of the enterprise.
Step 3
Draw up an order based on the memo. Enter the name of the company (full and abbreviated). Give the order a number, date. Write the title and other details of the canceled order, including the date of publication, number.
Step 4
For the reason for issuing an order to cancel another order, write the reason that is indicated in the memo of the staff member or other responsible person. If an order is canceled, which concerns the admission, dismissal, transfer of an employee, be sure to enter the personal data and the name of the specialist's position.
Step 5
When canceling a separate item of the order, write the original wording of the order, indicate the item number.
Step 6
Assign responsibility for the execution of the order to the personnel officer. Certify the order with the director's signature. Familiarize the official with the administrative document, as well as the employee against receipt.
Step 7
If the order to dismiss a specialist is canceled, cancel the entry on termination of the contract in the work book. Make a note that the previous one is invalid. Certify with the signature of the director or responsible person, the seal of the enterprise
