Necessary

  • - application to the bank;
  • - the passport;
  • - employment history;
  • - SNILS;
  • - income statement;
  • - labor contract.

Instructions

Step 1

The documents that must be provided for obtaining a mortgage loan can be divided into three conditional parts: mandatory (without them, no bank will issue a mortgage), provided if available, and additional (the bank requires them when it doubts the decision).

Step 2

The first (and most important) category includes: a passport, a copy of a work book (certified by a notary), a valid employment contract, SNILS (mandatory insurance certificate). An important document that will significantly affect the decision of the bank is deservedly considered a certificate confirming your income. It also indicates the amount of income. And, of course, the first category includes the mortgage application itself with your signature.

Step 3

If you have already chosen the real estate that you want to buy on credit in advance, your list of required documents will expand significantly. And you need to provide the lender with the following: documents establishing the rights to the object, the scheme and characteristics of the premises, a report on the value of the object, the seller's passport, a certificate confirming the absence of arrests.

Step 4

The documents that are provided, if available, are a military ID, a driver's license, a diploma of existing education, a marriage certificate and its contract, a birth certificate of children. Also, as optional documents, you can attach a certificate of additional income or accumulated status. These papers will significantly increase the chance of obtaining a mortgage.

Step 5

Your application may be considered for several weeks. If the expert checking your package of documents considers that this information is not enough to agree to a loan, then the bank has the right to ask you for additional certificates of income and the presence of expensive property. Otherwise, you will receive a positive answer, which will be accompanied by an official document indicating the possible loan amount. After that, within 6 months, you can conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of real estate.
