Step 1

Start by formalizing the overall structure of the enterprise in the organization's statutes. Statutory documents include: the name of the enterprise, form of ownership, owner, legal status, composition of property, list of governing bodies, number of structural divisions and their description. Then the head office of the enterprise, as well as each separate subdivision, must independently draw up and approve the structure of its departments.

Step 2

Draw up the structure of the departments of the enterprise in the staffing table. The staffing table is a document containing a list of structural divisions created at the enterprise, positions of employees, their official salaries and personal allowances, as well as data on the number of staff members and the monthly salary fund of the enterprise. To create a staffing table, you must use its standard form, approved by regulatory instructions and decrees. This standard form can be adjusted by enterprises independently, taking into account the peculiarities of their activities. Responsibilities for the design and preparation of the staffing table must be assigned to the employees of the personnel department of the enterprise.

Step 3

Check the correctness of filling in the staffing table and the completeness of the information it contains. It is recommended to include in the staffing such items as: name of the organization; staffing number; date of compilation; structural units that are listed in the order of the hierarchy; the procedure for establishing job titles; number of staff members, their salaries and allowances.

Step 4

Approve the compiled staffing table, with the signature of the head of the personnel department of the enterprise, as well as the chief accountant.

Step 5

Issue an order for approval of this staffing table by the main manager of the organization or a person authorized by him. It is allowed to approve the staffing table by the branch managers acting on the basis of the power of attorney of the main head of the organization.
