Step 1
Assess your knowledge, skills, abilities and interests critically. To find a job, you will have to compete with other people, many of whom will surpass you in skill level. But the employer can turn a blind eye to your lack of a university diploma if you are responsible, hardworking, executive, well versed in the chosen field of activity and grasp everything on the fly. Step 2
Contact your local employment office with your high school diploma. Employment centers have up-to-date information on the availability of vacancies that do not require higher or secondary vocational education. Of course, most of the offers will not be very attractive in terms of wages. But you can always improve your professional level by taking additional training courses.
Step 3
Get basic training in one of the most sought-after jobs on the job market. For those with secondary education, training courses are available at the Employment Centers or at non-state training centers. In a few months, you can get a working or technical specialty, master working on a personal computer, learn the basics of design and even ways to start your own business. Such preparation will help you find a job faster. Upon completion of the courses, in many cases it is possible to get a referral to a specific company.

Take advantage of the information that employers post in specialized print media, electronic bulletin boards and job exchanges. Look for jobs where it is stated that the applicant's education and experience are irrelevant. Often, employers are looking not for specific specialists, but for those who have the necessary personal and business qualities, and then organize training right at the workplace.
Step 5
Seek help from family, friends, and acquaintances. Let them know you are looking for a job. Ask for assistance in finding a job. Personal recommendations from people who know you very well often help you get a decent job, even if you do not yet have the necessary education.
