Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all required documents. As with any other place of work, you will need a passport, a document on graduation from an educational institution (technical school, institute), photographs and a description from the previous place of work. If you do not have the latter, then a description from the place of study will do. Make photocopies of all documents and scan them too, just in case.
Step 2
Apply online for a job search as a car instructor. Go to all free classifieds boards and sites. Find a section for applicants in each of them. Write briefly about your work experience, education and desired position. Make all your ads clear and concise. Make it clear to the future employer that you are a valuable specialist. Be sure to indicate the presence of work experience in this field.
Step 3
Find all the driving schools in the city and call them by phone. Write down all their phone numbers from magazines or the internet. Tell them that you have a desire to work in this driving school. Be sure to tell us about your experience and the presence of a car, if any. This is very much appreciated.
Step 4
Remember that these jobs are infrequent as former instructors are in no rush to retire. Therefore, show perseverance and determination in this matter. Email all scanned documents or bring them directly to the school office.
Step 5
Wait for a call or an answer by mail. If someone is interested in your candidacy, you will be sure to be notified about it. Follow the further instructions given by the driving school. One of them will be a mandatory health examination. Go through the medical board as soon as possible. Fill in all the required paperwork, take the tests and get to work.
