A report in form 2-TP must be filled out and submitted to Rosprirodnadzor by legal entities that are engaged in activities related to the release of air pollutants into the air, as well as wastewater discharge or waste collection. According to the law established by order of Rosstat dated January 28, 2011 N 17, Form 2-TP is strictly regulated.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a sample of Form 2-TP marked "air", "vodkhoz" or "waste", depending on what kind of activity your company is engaged in. The form for filling can be requested from the department of Rosprirodnadzor or downloaded from one of the regional sites of Rosprirodnadzor on the Internet. Please note that for reporting, you will need to provide an electronic copy (Excel table) and two printed copies.
Step 2
Complete the first section of the spreadsheet with the codes for the air pollutants your organization is emitting. Find the decoding of the codes in the "List of substances that pollute the atmospheric air", edition of 2008. Enter in the appropriate boxes the amount of substances received for treatment and discarded without treatment.
Step 3
By the same principle, according to the columns in the table, reflect all information on production and consumption waste, from the fifth to the first hazard classes, indicating the mass in tons. Round off the indicators to the first digit after the decimal point (if we are talking about waste of the fourth and fifth class), or to the third digit after the decimal point (if you indicate waste of the first or third class).
Step 4
Report in the appropriate section of Form 2-TP on the measures taken to reduce the risk to the environment. Indicate the amount of funds spent on these activities (calculations are given in thousands of rubles). Also provide data on the results, both expected and actual (total is in tonnes).
Step 5
In all the columns left blank (for example, if air purification measures were not carried out), put dashes. When drawing up the document, please note that you need to indicate all the data on the legal entity as a whole, even if its divisions are geographically distant from each other. In this case, write the list of subdivisions (district, region) in the final section of the 2-TP form.
Step 6
Attach an explanatory note to Form 2-TP. In it, indicate all the documents confirming the calculations on the volume of emissions into the atmosphere of pollutants, wastewater discharge or recycled waste. This note may also contain the results of chemical analyzes.
