To work in Russia, a foreign citizen needs to obtain a work visa and a special work permit. It is issued by the Federal Migration Service, where the Russian employing company submits an application with a request to attract foreign workers.
Necessary
- - an invitation to work in a Russian company;
- - Work Visa;
- - work permit in the Russian Federation.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to find an employer who will include you in their work quota for foreign specialists. Please note that there is a list of non-quota positions that do not require a quota.
Step 2
The process of obtaining a permit itself is quite long. The company first applies for the need for workers to the local employment center. If he confirms that in her region there are no people willing to work on the specified application, your employer writes an application requesting a quota and submits a package of his constituent documents to the Federal Migration Service.
Step 3
She examines the documents, and if everything is in order, after one month, issues a permit to attract foreign workers. Then the company makes a work invitation for the employee and sends it to you. On the basis of a work invitation, apply for a work visa at the consulate, indicating "work for hire" in the completed application form.
Step 4
After arriving at the place of work, you conclude an employment contract with the company and start performing your professional duties. Please note that the company that hired you must notify the Federal Migration Service, the tax office and the employment center within three days.
Step 5
You can find a company interested in attracting foreign specialists through intermediary firms specializing in the search and selection of personnel.
Typically, a work visa is issued for 90 days with the right to extend.
