Choosing a cleaning organization
Before concluding a contract for cleaning premises anywhere, you need to carefully study the offers on the market. It is necessary to study the reviews about the work of certain companies, get acquainted with its employees. Sometimes, illegal immigrants from the countries of the Middle East (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc.), who do not and cannot have sanitary books, are recruited to cleaning organizations. Their presence, although not necessary, is highly desirable. This is due to the fact that any person is susceptible to one or another disease. Hardly anyone wants to pick up a foot fungus or something else from a hired cleaner.
Sometimes unscrupulous cleaning companies transfer information about the cleaned premises to third parties who can use it for criminal purposes. The presence of at least one such consumer feedback on the company's work should be an unambiguous reason for refusing its services.
Conditions for concluding contracts
In the contract with the company for cleaning the premises, the area, the purpose of the room to be cleaned, the quality of cleaning, as well as the means by which the cleaning will be carried out, must be specified. The price of the provision of services will also depend on all this. Cleaning can be carried out either once or at certain intervals (every day, 2 times a week, etc.).
The inventory, with the help of which the cleaning will be carried out, is provided either by the customer or by the contractor. The price in the contract, as a rule, is indicated for one square meter of the room to be cleaned. It is also advisable to discuss in advance, or even better, prescribe the conditions of food and delivery to the workplace of the cleaners.
You should not use the services of cleaners invited from outside, without concluding a written contract. It is necessary to take them either on a permanent basis to the staff, or to look for a cleaning company. If the cleaner causes material damage to the customer, the company that provided him will be financially responsible. All this must be specified in the contract for the provision of cleaning services.
