Step 1

At the end of the second paragraph, tell us why you were chosen as the inviter to your country. Maybe they like your company or you are old friends. What if you just want to attend some significant event: a celebration or a wedding. These data will be very important for obtaining a visa.

Assure the consulate that your invited foreigners will be located at the place of residence you specified and that you can help them financially. If the embassy has doubts about this, they are unlikely to be granted a visa.

Finish the last paragraph with precise and detailed information on the arrival and departure times of the invited foreigners. The more clearly you specify these points, the more likely they will be issued a visa.
Step 8
Sign the letter with a respectful visa request. For example, "I ask you to issue a visa (names) to my guests so that they can enter my country (name) as a guest."

Send this invitation to the embassy.
