After the court's decision has already been made, it comes into legal force, and the person receives a writ of execution. However, this sheet should not remain on the hands. You need to know exactly where to send it.

Step 1
The most universal solution is to send a writ of execution to the bailiff service (city, district, interdistrict) at the location of the defendant in the won claim (place of residence or stay - for individuals; legal address, address of branches and representative offices - for legal entities) or at the place finding his property.
Step 2
If the executive document provides for the obligation to perform certain actions or refrain from performing them, you should contact the bailiff service at the place where these actions must be performed.
Step 3
Specific addresses can be found on the websites of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). If it is not possible to determine the department of the service to which the writ of execution should be transferred, it can be sent to the address of the regional department of the FSSP. From there, the executive document must be sent to the destination.
Step 4
If it is known where the debtor has an account or deposit, the writ of execution can be sent directly to the appropriate bank (or other credit organization).
Step 5
Finally, a writ of execution providing for the collection of funds from the treasury of the Russian Federation should be sent to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, at the expense of the treasury of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or the municipal treasury - to the financial body of the constituent entity or municipal formation. Documents providing for the collection of requirements for state institutions must be transferred to the body that maintains the personal account of this institution.
