Step 1
Buy a medium-sized envelope if you decide to send documents by regular mail. Small envelopes will not work - the report is either folded in two folds and sent in a medium-sized envelope, or half-folded and sent in a large envelope. If the report takes many pages, then you will have to buy a larger envelope or even a parcel post - if the multi-page report cannot be folded. An envelope / parcel is sent "by registered mail with a detailed description of attachments", the list also contains the name of the organization. The address will help you to tell by mail how and to issue an inventory.
Step 2
Use the capabilities of your accounting software to send the generated report via email. In the program, you must select the type of reporting "Tax", manually fill in or automatically download the report from a file. After clicking the Check and Submit button, the report is checked for errors. The final step is to submit the document. This step is performed by clicking the "Send report" button and confirming in the appeared window for sending and signing the report. The document will be encrypted and sent to the tax office via email.
Step 3
If the software does not have a function for sending a report, instead of transmitting, there is a function for saving a report as a file on the hard disk. All that remains to be done is to rewrite the tax office's email address from the specified details of the state structure in the software data, and send the file itself using any standard mail program. The report is attached as an attached file, the text of the letter is a short description of the document to be transferred, the address is a pre-written e-mail address to which reports for the tax office are accepted.
