Enter the TIN and SNILS numbers in the separate fields. Wait a few minutes while the information you provided is verified. Enter the password to enter your personal account, then type the same combination again to confirm. Come up with a secret question, as well as an answer to it in case you forget your password and need to be restored.
Step 3
Specify the method for obtaining the activation code for your personal account. One of them is postage. Leave your address, to which the letter with the code will be sent. It will be delivered within a week or more, depending on where you live. Use the second activation method - through the Rostelecom customer service point. Show your passport, TIN and SNILS to get the necessary information.
Step 4
Complete registration by receiving an activation code. Enter your email address or mobile phone number in case you need to restore access to your account. Go to the site tab for individuals or legal entities.
Step 5
In the "Transport and Road Facilities" category, select the "Road Safety" section. Next, you need to open the tab "Informing about the presence of administrative offenses in the field of road traffic". Click on the "Apply" link. Indicate the registration plate of your car with the registration certificate number. After a while, you will be provided with information about all existing violations and fines.
