Step 1

The transfer of an employee can be made only with his consent. If the initiative comes from the employer, he needs to draw up a notice to the employee. It prescribes working conditions (if there is a transfer to another locality), a list of job duties (if the transfer is carried out to another structural unit), the size of the salary, other payments relying on the performance of the labor function in the position to which the transfer should be made, in accordance with this staffing table. Having received the notification, the employee should make a note that he agrees with such a translation, certify it with his personal signature, the date of signing. If the employee himself is the initiator of the transfer to another position, he needs to write a statement to the head of the organization. In it, the employee should indicate the reason why he needs to be transferred. The director must consider the application and, if the decision is positive, affix the visa with the date and personal signature.

Step 2

Based on one of the documents: an employee's application or an employer's notice, draw up an order to transfer this specialist to another position (indicate its name). Write the subject of the order - on the transfer of an employee (enter his last name, first name, patronymic) from the position (which he held until now) to the position (to which he should be transferred). The reasons for drawing up the document may be the vacant nature of the position, medical indications of a specialist, production necessity, and others. Certify the order with the signature of the director of the enterprise or other authorized person. Familiarize the employee with the document.

Make a note on the employee's personal card. Make an entry in the employee's workbook. Indicate the date of the transfer. In the job details, write the name of the previous position and the position to which the transfer was made. If the transfer was made to another structural unit, enter its name.
