Gather an approximate set of documents that you will need to complete the reconstruction of a house in any case. These are the following documents: 1. statement;
2. a copy of the certificate of ownership of the land plot on which the house is located;

4. project documentation for the house;
5. plan of the house and the site of the BTI;
6. BTI certificate of ownership of the house;
7. technical conditions;
8. identity document (passport);
9. if the house belongs to several persons, then you also need a notarized consent of it. co-owners. In some cases, other documents may be required.
Step 4
After receiving permission for reconstruction and completing a complex of reconstruction works, you will receive permission to put the house into operation. To do this, you need to apply with the same authority to which you applied for a permit for reconstruction. You will need to attach a document certifying that the house has been reconstructed in accordance with the technical specifications, project documentation, as well as a permit for the reconstruction of the house, title documents for the house and the land plot. After receiving permission for commissioning, the reconstruction can be considered completed.
