First, discuss with a potential contractor the terms of reference for the renovation of your apartment. It is best to do this in writing, so as not to miss a single important detail. Because on the basis of these calculations, you will draw up cost estimates and determine the amount of the contract. Discuss material and construction cost estimates separately.
Step 2
Draw up schemes for the location of telephone and electrical outlets, as well as directions for opening doors. In the next document, fix in the form of a schedule an agreement on the timing of the construction work in stages. The last one should take into account transport costs. Fill out each of these documents on a separate sheet so that you can attach them to the drawn up contract.

In the last paragraph "Appendix", list the prepared documents. Leave room for the signatures of the contractor and customer. Print out the drawn up agreement in two copies, each of which, after signing, will be handed over to the parties.
