Step 1
You need to go to the bureau of technical inventory, call a technician. He will inspect the house and outbuildings. After that, he will make you a new technical passport for buildings. The technical passport has an expiration date of 5 years.
Step 2
Call the surveyors from the land management firm. Usually these are firms operating on a commercial basis. They will do all the necessary work on the land. After that, they will prepare the necessary technical documents for your land plot.
Step 3
With the technical documents received from the land management company, you need to go to the state chamber for registration, cadastre and cartography. There, your site will be assigned a cadastral number and given a cadastral passport of the site.
Step 4
With a cadastral passport for the site, with a technical passport for the house, you need to go to the state registration center for registering property rights. There, on the basis of the submitted documents, you will be given a certificate of ownership of a house and a certificate of ownership of a land plot.
